Features & Benefits
Lockout padlocks are designed exclusively for lockout and tagout by personnel in charge of lockout or safety at work.
- Complies with UTE C18-510 relating to electricity, OSHA 1910.147 relating to lockout devices and BS7671:20086
- The sides and faces of the body can be laser engraved for permanent identification with the worker or shift name or telephone number.
Specifications
- Zenex™ composite body and stainless steel shackle.
- Withstands temperatures from -57°C to 177°C.
- Thermal shock, chemical, and corrosion resistance.
- UV stable.
- Silcone-free padlock.
- Steel shackle Ø 4.7 mm; standard height 38 mm or long shackle 76 mm.
- The shackle can withstand tensile loads of over 136 kg
- S31: key-retaining.
- S33: non-key-retaining
- Key system in accordance with OSHA 1910:147: 1 worker – 1 padlock – 1 key,
- Keyed-different (KD), keyed-alike (KA), and master-keyed (MK).
- A key monitoring system ensures that duplicates cannot be made.
